Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Motherwell to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business.

Duties:

  • Setting up and maintaining records on customers
  • Assist in the delivery of excellent repairs service
  • Engage with contractors and customers including tenant and homeowners
  • Problem solve complex repair cases
  • Invest and respond to customer complaints
  • Entering and maintaining orders
  • Handling all customer queries
  • General admin duties
